About
TTS Translator allows you to input words or phrases
in one language and see the translated result in a
textual representation.
In addition, the translated text will be be spoken back
to you using the eSpeak or Pico synthesized voice engine.
At the present time English is the anchor language,
but more combinations will be added as we get feedback.
This release includes support for the new Pico voice engine, with much imroved voice quality.
Uses the new TTS Extended library.
NOTE: We had received many requests for Russian to English and
English to Russian. The texual translation is available, but the eSpeak
voice engine is still in development. We will add it when it becomes available.
